Founded in 2011, Flash Point Watch (FPW) has become a leader in addressing the concerns of students, athletes, coaches, teachers, employees, human resource managers and administrators. Our mission is to prevent incidents of bullying and hazing whether at work, school or social functions. We use a proactive approach designed to prevent a minor situation from escalating into a tragic one.

What We Do
